This error is generated when users input an incorrect credit or debit card number when adding a new Payment Account.
Oftentimes, the user is adding the correct card number, but they are adding spaces or hyphens in between the four-digit number groupings in the card number (as seen below).
The user must eliminate these unnecessary spaces or hyphens between the number groupings to resolve the error and successfully add the payment account (as seen below).
