You are not running a law firm and don't need a Firm Account with multiple users and attorneys, but you are running a business or some other organization. How do you register to efile, and can you use your business name when filing cases?
When registering for an efiling account, register an Individual or Pro Se account using your personal information, as any Individual (Pro Se) filer would.
Once you have registered as an individual, you can file into cases using your business name in the Party Information section of the case. Simply set the Personal Information option to Entity and enter your Entity (Business) Name.
