When viewing your eservice details in your Filing History, you should see the following information in the Service section: the Name of the individual served; the Service Method used; the Email Address of the individual you served the documents to; the eservice Status; the Served Date; and the Opened Date. See the illustration below for an example.
While the Served Date refers to the date and time eservice was sent, the Opened Date refers to when the individual you sent eservice to opened the email notification they received from the system and clicked the Download Document link in the email, as shown below.
For the Opened Date field in the eservice details to register a date and time, the individual receiving the Notification of Service MUST click the Download Document link in the email notification.
