This error typically appears when the user is either uploading a document in the Filings page or trying to progress from the Fees page to the Summary page.
To rectify the error, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Try removing the PDF currently uploaded to the Filings page and upload a different PDF. If the second PDF does not generate the error message, then the original PDF may be causing the error.
- Check the document names to ensure the filenames are less than 25 characters, contain no punctuation marks, and are only composed of letters and numbers.
- Use the Print to PDF method to re-save the document(s) that may be causing the error.

- Try exiting, then re-entering the draft or recreating the draft from scratch.
- If the above troubleshooting methods did not work, direct the filer to the HTML5 version of the site (where available) via https://filenow.me to file their documents.
