A Registered User is able to see what case(s) a Firm Service Contact is attached to by viewing the Firm Service Contacts page.
Click the Menu button to the top left of the site and select Service Contacts in the dropdown menu.
Your Firm Service Contacts will display. To the right of the contact you wish to view the cases they are linked to, select the Attached Cases button (circled below).
The Attached Cases list will display. You are able to download the list of cases the contact is attached to by clicking the Download cases button.
