This error indicates a document was uploaded and redacted unsuccessfully. Navigate back to the Filings page and remove the document uploaded. Re-upload the document and do not use the auto-redaction feature in the site. If needing to redact information from the document, it is recommended to use a tool outside of the site to do so, when this error is given.
